Montessori School & Preschool in Bishkek (Ages 2.5-12) — Baytik Private School

Baytik Private School (BPS) is a private Montessori school and preschool in Bishkek, offering a high-quality, child-centered education in a calm, nature-based environment.

We combine a strong academic foundation with a trilingual program (English, Russian, Kyrgyz) and hands-on learning, helping children develop independence, confidence, and a deep understanding of the world around them. Small class sizes ensure individual attention and support each child’s unique learning path.

Our goal is not only to prepare children academically, but to help them grow into confident, independent learners with skills for life.

Our Montessori Programs (Ages 2.5–12)
Our programs are designed to support children at every stage — from early childhood to primary school — through a Montessori approach focused on independence, confidence, and real-world learning.

1
Montessori Primary School (Ages 6–12)
A structured academic program built on Montessori principles, where children learn through independent work, hands-on materials, and real-world exploration.

Students develop strong foundations in mathematics, language, science, and critical thinking — while progressing at their own pace. The mixed-age environment encourages collaboration, responsibility, and leadership.

2
Montessori Preschool (Ages 2.5–6)
A carefully prepared environment where children learn through movement, exploration, and practical life activities.

The program focuses on independence, coordination, language development, and concentration. Through daily work with Montessori materials, children naturally build the foundation for reading, writing, and mathematics.

3
School Readiness Program (Ages 5–6)
A focused transition program designed to prepare children for primary school — both academically and emotionally.

Children strengthen early literacy and numeracy skills, develop concentration and independence, and gain confidence in a structured learning environment.

4
Montessori Summer Camp (Ages 6–9)
A flexible summer program combining Montessori learning, outdoor activities, and a Trilingual (KG/EN/RU)-speaking environment.

Each week includes hands-on projects, creative activities, and time in nature. Children can join for a short period or stay for the full summer.
Why Families Choose Baytik Montessori School
  • A true Montessori approach
At the heart of our school is a carefully prepared Montessori environment where each child learns through exploration, hands-on work, and independent thinking.
Teachers guide rather than instruct, helping children develop curiosity, concentration, and a deep understanding of the world.
  • Trilingual learning environment (English, Russian, Kyrgyz)
Languages are not taught in isolation — they are part of daily life.
We gradually introduce subject-based learning in different languages (CLIL), allowing children to absorb English, Russian, and Kyrgyz naturally and confidently.
  • Small groups and individual attention
With no more than 15 children per class, every child is seen and supported.
We focus on each child’s strengths, pace, and personal learning journey.
  • Individual learning paths
Every child develops differently — and we respect that.
Children work at their own pace, choose activities within a structured program, and receive individual guidance from teachers. This allows both confident and developing learners to thrive.д.
  • A unique natural setting
Our campus is located in a quiet, green area near Bishkek, surrounded by nature.
Fresh air, open space, and daily outdoor time help children stay active, focused, and connected to the world around them.
  • Balanced, healthy nutrition
We provide simple, wholesome meals based on healthy principles: no refined sugar, whole grains, and a balanced diet with fish and poultry.
Individual dietary needs are also carefully considered.
  • Open to parents and educators
We believe in transparency and community.
Parents are welcome to observe the classroom, and Montessori educators can visit for practice and observation, making our school a growing professional hub in Central Asia.
Our Story: Why Montessori, Why Baytik

My name is Begaiym, and I am the founder of Baytik Private School.

A few years ago, our family moved from the center of Bishkek to the village of Baytik. We wanted our children to grow up surrounded by nature, fresh air, and space — not noise and pollution.

At the time, we were still commuting to the city for preschool. Eventually, we realized: if environment matters so much for children, then their school should be part of that environment too.

This is how Baytik Private School was created — not from theory, but from personal experience. We chose Montessori because we saw how it transforms children: they become calmer, more confident, and genuinely interested in learning.

Today, many of our students ask to come to school even on weekends — and for us, that is the most honest answer to why we started.
