What makes our camp special?
- The first Montessori summer camp in Kyrgyzstan, hosted by Baytik Montessori School.
- Our science and discovery program is built around one big learning journey: over the summer, children will explore the story of the world — from the birth of the Universe to modern human civilization.
- Three languages — English, Kyrgyz and Russian — are part of everyday communication, learning and exploration.
- Practical life skills are an important part of the program: cooking, using basic tools, preparing for hikes, setting up tents and taking part in overnight camp experiences.
- Children will spend plenty of time outdoors, moving, playing with water and enjoying the fresh mountain air of Baytik.

June 22 – July 3Children will explore:- the timeline of life: from single-celled organisms to human beings
- the incubator project: from egg to chick care
- microbes and cells through a microscope
- a botanical expedition and the creation of an encyclopedia of local plants
2 - The History of Humankind
July 6 – July 17Children will explore:- the human timeline: from the Stone Age to the modern world
- making simple ancient tools from wood
- studying and building different models of human shelters
- basic survival principles in nature
- overnight camping and songs by the campfire
3 - The History of Writing
July 20 – July 31Children will explore:- how speech and writing developed
- practical workshops on ancient alphabets and the evolution of writing
- making paper, papyrus and clay tablets with cuneiform writing
- storytelling and creating their own illustrated book
4 - The History of Counting and Numbers
August 3 – August 14Children will explore:- why people invented numbers and counting
- measuring time and making sundials, sand clocks and water clocks
- the history of money as a measure of value
- basic financial literacy for children
- role-playing games on money and financial decision-making

Questions & Answers:
We are located in Baytik village, one of the best places near Bishkek for a summer programme. It is close enough to the city, so children do not spend too much time on the road. At the same time, Baytik is cooler than the city and offers fresh air, mountains, fields and a river nearby.
Yes, we are planning to organise transfer from two points on the Southern Highway (Manas Avenue and Baitik Baatyr Street).
However, this will depend on the number of parents who request the service.
At the moment, most parents have chosen to bring their children themselves.
Transfer is not included in the camp fee and will be paid separately. The price will depend on the number of participating families.

No. We are a full-day camp.
Children stay with us during the day, from 9:00 to 17:00, and return home every evening to their families.

We plan overnight stays in tents, including outdoor field experiences, but only with parental permission.
Before any overnight activity, children will be prepared and trained: how to set up a tent, how to pack a backpack, safety rules, behaviour in a tent camp and other important basics.
Overnight experiences will include activities such as working with a telescope, observing the night sky, singing around the campfire and spending time in nature.
We plan at least one overnight experience per thematic block, and in some blocks up to two.
Parents are welcome to join. We will be happy to see the whole family at such events.

Camping activities will take place in safe areas on the territory of partner farms or campsites.

Our camp is part of Baytik Montessori School.
The programme involves trained teachers, Montessori and STEM materials, educators with PhD and master’s degrees from international universities, and English-speaking assistants.

Children do not need to be fluent in all three languages. Our teachers support children with different language backgrounds and help them join activities naturally through play, projects and daily communication.
